Woman to receive settlement from Deputy's negligence- Car Accident Lawyer Atlanta

According to a Rochester, NY ruling, Deputy John DiDomenico was negligent when he rear-ended a car in stop-and-go traffic in 2004 while responding to a burglary call. DiDomenico was driving below the speed limit without his lights or siren, but smashed into the other car after looking down at his computer for a matter of seconds.

Lawyers for the other motorist, Yasmin Kabir, have said she underwent spinal surgery for permanent injuries she suffered in the accident.
