Products recalled: 547,000 in total wooden step stools sold at Target from January 2007 through September 2010 for $25 to $30. Target has had 27 reports of stools breaking, some which involved injures such as fractured wrists, a fractured hip and pelvis, and scrapes and bruising.

Office Depot desk chairs: Chair's tilt mechanism poses a pinch hazard. Products: 34,000 Realspace PRO 3000 Series Custom Fit chairs sold at Office Depot from May 2009 through June 2011 for $170.

Scoot 'n Zoom riding toy: Toy can tip over and child could fall.

Products: 165,000 Radio Flyer Scoot 'n Zoom toys sold from August 2010 through August 2011 for about $20. Radio Flyer has had six reports of injuries to children, including lost teeth and cuts that required stitches.
